Jarlsberg and Ham Pinwheels

Yield: 15-20 appetizers

Ingredients

2	cups	(8 oz.) shredded Jarlsberg cheese
1/4	cup	sour cream
4	slices	ham

Directions:

Blend cheese and sour cream in a food processor until smooth. Spread each ham slice with 1/4 of filling. Roll in jelly roll fashion. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill. Cut into 1/2 inch slices when ready to serve. Serve on crackers if desired.
